Requirements for approved clients on pre-payment include a Resale Tax I.D. Number, a signed Distributor Agreement and a minimum order amount of $150.00 per order. There is a $2500 annual minimum total order amount for wholesalers. Terms of "Net 30" may be requested. Terms may be granted after a credit history check is completed by our team. Credit will be retracted from approved account that are in arrears on payments. A separate handling fee may apply to those resellers using their own shipping account.
